The Ranch House is available for small retreats and meetings. Private conference room on site.  Call for special group rates.

Rates...

• Rates include a sumptuous breakfast served daily.
• Rates are $140 to $170 per night, based on double occupancy.
• There is an additional $50 charge per night for each extra person.
• Special rates for ministry staff and military personnel.
• Rates are subject to change without notice.

Ranch House Policies

• Dinner is by reservation only for groups of eight or more.
• Check-in: 3:00 - 6:00 pm
• Check-out: 11:00 am
• The Ranch House is smoke-free
• No pets, please enjoy ours.
• We are unable to accommodate children under the age of 16.
• All guestrooms are on the second floor.

Guaranteed reservations by deposit of one night's lodging, which must be received seven (7) days in advance.  

Refunds for cancellation with seven (7) days' notice.  Less than seven (7) day notice, deposit is non-refundable.

From Fort Worth, go South on I-35W approximately 25 miles. Take Exit # 24 and on the frontage road go to the Stop Sign. Take a right onto County Road (CR 401). Go Eight Tenths of a miles and take a right onto CR 405. Go 1 1/2 miles to the second two story house on the right. The lake is on the left. 

From Dallas take Hwy 67 South to I-35W. Go South on I-35W taking Exit 24 (the first exit) and on the frontage road go to the Stop Sign. Turn right onto County Road (CR)401. Go Eight tenths of a mile and turn right onto CR 405. Go 1 1/2 miles to the second two story house on the right. 

From Waco take I 35W north taking Exit 24. At first intersection turn left onto CR 401 and pass under I 35. Continue for eight tenths of a mile to CR 405. Turn right and go 1 1/2 miles to the second house on the right.
